1. Operation instructions
（1）Install the controller, connect the cable of controller and waterpump correctly, then connect the power, the controller will start the water pump after self-detection for about 5 seconds.
（2）The default starting pressure of the controller is 0.15mpa. It will start the water pump automatically when the pipe pressure is lower than
0.15mpa. The default stop pressure is 0.35Mpa. If the water pressure is hiqher than or equal to 0.35Mpa, it will stop the machine.
（3）Setting: all settings must be done under the normal standby status, click the MENU button, it will enter setting status.
a. Setting of the start pressure: after enter setting status, the defaultstart pressure flickers, press ▲ or ▼ to requlate the pressure value to the needed value, the regulating range is from 0.05Mpa to 0.4Mpa.After finish setting, it will confirm and save automatically;
b. Setting of the stop pressure: under the setting status, click the MENU for two times, the display screen will change to flicker on the right screen, press ▲ or ▼ to requlate the pressure value to the needed value, regulating range is from 0.1Mpa to 0.8Mpa. After finish setting, it will confirm and save automatically.
（4）Click the "√" button, the pressure unit vary between Mpa and PSl.
（5）Click the RESET button, it will start the water pump forcibly.
2. Function characteristics
（1）Self-detection after power on: after connecting to the electricity, the controller will start the water pump after self-detection for 5 seconds to protect the safety of the pump and the installation operator.
（2）Water shortage protection: if the controller can't detect the water flow after the water pump running for 15 seconds, it will indicate water shortage with red light. And then it will stop the water pump from running to avoid long time idle spin after 1 minute.
（3）Visual adjustment of the start pressure and the stop pressure: through the display screen, user can adjust the start pressure and the stop pressure conveniently, then the controller can work in many different water supply environment, which brings better using experience to user.
（4）Memory function after power off: if there's power failure during use, the controller can save the last settings of start pressure and stop pressure automatically. After power recovery, it can operate with previous settings without resetting.
（5）Automatic cycling restart detection: when the water pump comes into the status of stop running for water shortage, it will restart running for 15 seconds after 5 minutes; If it can't detect the water flow, it will come into the status of stop running for water shortage for the second time, then again it will restart running for 15 seconds after 5 minutes; Ifit still can't detect the water flow, it will come into the status of stop running for water shortage for the third time, then again it will restart running for 15 seconds after 5 minutes; If it still can't detect the water flow, it will come into the status of stop running for water shortage for the fourth time; After the fourth time, it will restart running for 15seconds every 30 minutes, automatic cycling until detecting the water coming.(Suitable for high suction such as well water)
（6）Automatic inductive starting up of water coming: In the status of water shortage, it will automatically start the water pump when the water coming from the pipe and touching the flow switch.(Suitable for tap water)
（7）Real-time flow display: it displays real-time flow when the pump is operating(The flow meter selected should be suitable for our company's controller. And the function of water consumption shown on the controller's screen can be customized)
（8）Backlight touch button: avoid the disadvantage of mechanical button's short service life. The integrated panel is much better to prevent the water from entering into the controller.
（9）Over loading and locked-rator protection: the controller accommodates automatically to water pump lower than 2.2KW. It will control the circuit and cut off the current automatically to avoid more loss when the water pump is short circult or crashes.
（10）Crash prevention: if there's no operation within 24 hours in the status of standby mode, the controller will start the water pump to run for 8 seconds to prevent the crashing of it.
（1）It must be used in the rated voltage range.
（2）There's high pressure inside the controller. Please don't open the product shell to avoid safety problem if you are not professional.
（3）The protection grade of the controller is IP65. It can't beimmersed in water to avoid the internal circuit damage and electric shorck in the body.
（4）The controller must be used in the specified temperature and pressure range.
（5）Please try to use it in clean water source environment, serious pollution of water will cause damage to the controller.
4. The common failure and processing method
（1）No response from the controller after power on for 5 seconds: please check the connection of power cable if the indicator light doesn't brighten on panel. If the indicator light is on, please check if the water pump cable is properly connected or if the water pump has some failure.
if the connection of power line and the water pump line are without problem, change the controller to professional service.
（2）Water pump starts frequently: check the leakage in the pipe, if there's no leakage, the reason is that the starting pressure is too high. Adjust the pressure knob to turn down the starting pressure. If there's leakage, please reinstall the pipe.
（3）Sudden running stop of water pump: check the indicator light on the panel. If the water shortage indicator light flashes, it means water shortage protection. It can automatically or manually restart the water pump after water coming. If the failure indicator light always brightens, it means the water pump is broken. Change or repair the water pump and then connect to the power again, it will work normally.
